They thought FarmersOnly was a blog about farming

Here at FarmersOnly.com, we love hearing y'alls so sweet love stories. Dawn sent us a message on our Facebook so she could share her and Robin's love story.

We met on farmersonly.com right away. He was the only one I met. We both thought it was a blog about farming, discovered it was a dating site and I filled out the profile, he didn't. He sent me a canned message (one that popped up I guess), I told him thank you for sending me a note, but with no profile I was not interested. We continued to write back and forth, the trusted the phone, then we met. This was one year ago 6.26.16. We were engaged a few weeks later and married 11.12.16!

What towns/state are y'all from?Robin is from Salem, OR and I am from Vancouver, WA.

What did you do on your first date?We met at BJ's at Jantzen Beach, Portland, OR.

When did you know that he was the one?We had spoke on the phone a few times and could tell we wanted to meet. He had no picture on his profile, but the things he said and the questions we were answering told we were headed in the right direction. We knew that first meeting that this was a match.

What is your favorite thing about him?He is a REAL farmer, not just likes the country, but loves farming and he includes me in the work. He is strong, loves the Lord, is caring, funny and we can communicate!
